Lost every key to your car? This is an "all keys lost" job. We come to the vehicle, create a new key from the VIN or the lock, and program it, so you don't need a tow. Have your ID and proof of ownership ready.

Licensed & Insured · Open 24 hours, 7 days a week · Mobile service from Fort Lauderdale. Part of our automotive locksmith services, related to car key replacement.

When you might need all keys lost

  • No working key exists for the vehicle
  • You bought a used car with no keys
  • Keys were stolen with your bag

Why all keys lost is different from a spare

When you have a working key, we copy it. When none exists, there's nothing to copy. The key has to be generated from scratch, and the vehicle's immobilizer must learn the new chip. That's why this job takes longer than car key duplication.

Common situations

  • Keys lost at the beach, a restaurant or a parking garage
  • Keys stolen with a bag or wallet
  • A used car bought without keys
  • The only key broke and the chip was lost

What happens on site

  • Ownership check (ID plus registration or title)
  • Key cut by code or by decoding a door lock
  • Chip programmed to the vehicle; lost keys removed where supported
  • We test starting, locking and remote functions

After you have a new key

Get a second key made while we're there. It costs much less than repeating an all-keys-lost visit. For step-by-step advice before you call, read what to do when you lose all your car keys.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to tow my car to a dealer?

Usually no. Our mobile service works where the car is parked, unless the manufacturer only allows dealer programming.

Can the lost keys still start my car?

On many vehicles we can erase the lost keys from the immobilizer during programming.

What if the car is in a garage or lot?

That's fine. Just tell us the location and any access instructions.
